  • For the mini dispenser one restriction is you can only have one out in the battlefield, and if you try to place another one, the first one you place down would automatically self destruct  - Matthew Short
  • A bit different but I think this would be awesome A sapper which takes 50% longer to work, but turns a sentry against its team. Either team can then destroy the sentry normally but a wrench or homewrecker pyro can remove the sapper and it's effects. What do you guys think?  - FlattenedRabbit

  • I would also like to make a throwable sapper. It would decloack you or undisguise you and can only be thrown so far. It has lass damage but goes under the sentry or next to dispensers/teleporters. To get rid of it an engie needs to 1.) calm down 2.) Look at sapper 3.) crouch 4.) hit sapper between 2-5 times. This sapper has random health between 2-5 hits from a wrench or pyro sapper remover type weapon. This sapper would be useful if you have 1-3 spies and the enemy has a huge sentry nest. The spies throw their sappers at the sentries and while everyones distracted destroy all buildings. Also this sapper would kind of act like the huntsman where you throw it. It has a pullback thing where the spy arm slowly goes back for more throwing range and it shows the arch for better sapper throwing. Complicated but cool. - creeper younglin
  • I had an idea kind of based upon the Medic's shield in MvM. An Engineer builds a kind of shield wall by building 2 seperate posts. Kind of like an electric fence. This would be a substitute to building a sentry though. - Afro Pony Presents

  • There could be something like Laser-sentry gun? much more range short bursts of lasers see cloaked-un disquised spies. also it will remove engineers metal spys cloak and medics uber and 3rd lvl sentry will not have anything else then a box with radar. which will allow engineers to see through the sentry when alt firing with wrangler, also you'll need 220 metal to upgrade the sentry. - Jan Vagenknecht

  • With the sentry suction cup they'd have to make it where you can only make it level 2 or can't use the wrangler on it otherwise a engie could sentry jump destroy it quick and place a new one on the ceiling or wall and no one could touch it.   • Here's a fun idea: Sonic Warpgate (fairly sure it can get a better name. >.>) +speeds up any ally that passes by this structure for 5 seconds (7.5 for lvl2, and 10 for lvl3) =only speeds one ally every 4 seconds (becomes 2 on lvl2, and can simultaneously speed up any or all allies on lvl3) =/-replaces the teleporters -ally will not receive speed boost while it's active; he or she must wait for speed boost to wear off to use it again. Used in situations where you just can't put down an exit teleporter safely. Also helps your ally rush much faster into the enemy's base in short-mid distances. However it won't serve to be too useful in long distances. - Superterry

  • Flare sentry Shoots flares. Flare has knockback. Flare has explosion radius. +15% turn rate. Flares do +20% damage to 125 health classes. Flares insta-kill 75 health spies. Mini-crits for 5 seconds after being sapped. Recieves buff banner, concheror. If a medic is near it, and the medic has übercharge the sentry will repair if it is damaged and receive +1 health line during the übercharge. Flares don't ignite jarated/mad milked enemies. 5 seconds afterburn. Red tape recorder will degrade it 5% slower. It haves 5 flares (lvl 1), 10 flares (lvl 2), 25 flares (lvl 3). Does 0 damage to enemy pyros. Friendly pyros or engys can't get the sappers off/repair it. 200 metal cost. 20% slower build rate. If the medic is killed after 10 or less seconds after the übercharge the sentry will be damaged. The engy can only hit it with a wrench (after being fully upgraded) 5 times. Sappers (stock and ap-sap) will damage it 5% faster Reflected flares insta-kill the sentry. Flares has smoke trail. If the flare collides with arrows, flares, jarate, mad milk, both will be destroyed. If it does with a rocket the rocket will go normally. If a crit arrow collide with a flare, the crit arrow will be a no-crit arrow, but it will keep its trajectory. That's one of my ideas, I hope you like it. I think it is balanced but if it isn't we can always make it with less health. - Cbthankex

  • Idea: I got this off some else but i changed it: Mini Players! Like builds some sort of machine tht produces a small literal bot that has the AI of a regular tf2 bot! It works random from scout to spy and you cant choose it if the thingy the bot came out of is sapped the bot it sapped and dies! The bot has half the health and does half the damage of a regular player! Heavy bot:150Health And 100 Ammo and 1/2 the damage! - TheGamingJustin

  • Idea for a spy sapper: A sapper which is more of a battery and instead of being placed on enemy buildings it can be put on friendly buildings which gives the sentry more fire-power and health. However, it cannot destroy enemy buildings and must recharge between placements and lasts a small amount of time. It encourages teamwork and makes it useful when a team is pushing - Diesel blue
  • I kinda think that a mini-sentry "trolley", or moveable surface of some kind would be cool, or strapping a mini dispenser to a teammates back, but reducing their jump height. That teammate could discard the dispenser at will however, and can be sapped from the back, needing an engi or pyro to get it off. - Gaelklinklang
  • i have a sapper idea. it is a sapper that instead of attaching it to a building, you throw it and it saps all buildings next to it (so it can sap more than 1 building at once) but it can be destroyed by any class with any weapon, not including non damaging weapons like the rocket jumper. - Jam Beast
