I wouldn't so much call them pancakes. They are actually banana fritters,
my mum makes them all the time she is from the West Indies where it is very
common. Alternatively you can use apples as well but they do call for some
flour though you can substitute using a spelt based one or coconut flour. - Lola6041 .
