  • Per 3 meals how many onions/pumpkin/grams of frozen vegetables do you use? Also how many calories is in the chicken you used? I'm vegan so I'll need to use the calorie equivalent amount of tofu/tempeh instead. Also what is the calorie amount for 1 meal you made? - Carli Kwon

  • This is one of my 6 small meals a day and vegetables such as pumpkin contains very high amounts of carbohydrates not to mention, as stated previously..this is one of SIX meals a day. You have no idea what's in the other 5, I could be eating carb overload! - JordysCooking
  • You said nothing about 6 meals. This video was about a single meal for individuals. And 6 meals is 3 meals too many. It's foolish to consume too frequently, and unhealthy. UNSUBBED at you immaturity. And your cutting technique is very dangerous. - tyronebiggums3
  • DO YOU FREASE THE FOOD OR PUT IT IN THE FRIDGE? - Kasim Iqbal
  • Because meat is unhealthy, animal protein is bad for our bodies. And yes it is worse than eating plants. Plant foods are good for you + eating plant based foods saves the environment and puts less pressure on the worlds resources such as water. Meat eating is basically destroying out planet. And of course it also brings much suffering to innocent creatures. Eating plants don't do that. You see? - Julie Malou
  • Thank you! :) x - JordysCooking
  • :) - JordysCooking
  • The finished product was definitely still delicious! You don't need oil at all but it does increase their chance of burning so to keep this in mind put the oven on a lower setting and cook for a bit longer instead :) x - JordysCooking
  • Great idea, you inspired me ! Do you use coconut oil for roasting the chicken ? ( I could not see it clearly) - 80wallstreet
  • I hope you eat at least 7 of those a day. So small meals... And no carb source... - batiittos

  • very welcome!:) - Chad Zing
  • Instead of the usual 3 large meals a day, I space my food out over 6 small meals so this is just 1 of them :) Pumpkin contains sufficient amount of carbs without bloating so I prefer to keep all my grains to dinner time! I have been a vegetarian for the past 6 months and grew up in a veggo household so the only reason I occasionally ate meat in these sorts of circumstances was for protein but now I have found plenty of other options :) x - JordysCooking
  • Thank you for this video Jordy! I needed to get a bit more organized after deciding on a career change and going back to school in my 40s. This was perfect because it looked easy enough that I thought I could do it. I've managed to prep for a couple weeks already and it's been a great success! Everything has been so much less stressful as a result. - dddemarino
  • Thank you so much lovely! :) x - JordysCooking
  • Thank you so much! Definitely understand what you're saying :) Pumpkin contains sufficient amount of carbs until I eat the majority of my grains at dinner time :) As a vegetarian myself now, I use tofu, soy patties or any other type of meat free protein :) x - JordysCooking
  • Completely agree! :) x - JordysCooking
  • How do you store the prepped food? - Serena Eden
  • She got a southern accent and English accent that's sexy lol - abd al
  • I would eat all of that for one meal! - Andrew Finnigan
  • How timely. I've been doing this intuitively for two weeks. On a plant-based lifestyle/natural hygiene student, I buy greens & fruits 2x/ week, wash or rinse in apple cider vinegar to reduce pesticides, dirt, etc, I let the greens air dry & roll them in a dish towel to squeeze out extra water, then cut & bag them. I didn't realize how much time prep actually takes, but, doing it a couple of times a week supports real 'fast food' for eating fresh, or ready to juice. - Judy Morgan
  • aw I'm sorry haha, everything in moderation though ;) x - JordysCooking
