  • I been working for a while or you can say over ten years on my research for Green Energy and I am at the final Stages to run a test for it, I have contacted a university in Japan and they are willing to see me and my research too, I been in corresponding with a fellow researcher who is also a Professor at the university, my last email to him I have given him some info about my research and how it could be used by wind, which it came to total control of the wind I have told him 7 things that you can do with the research and not have to worry about it, you still can create electrical power from the wind, as as I said you are total control of the wind at 100%, he replies back that he can't image what I wrote to him and they want to see the Design and schematic of the research so when get there meaning Japan they will be able to ask question's about it, Now at this Point I have Not Applied For Patent or have any security for it, my budget is very low, I am very nerves and scared to give them any design's of my research, as I said my budget is very very low and to be honest I have seen too many commercials for invention companies but I don't trust them either, I have read many scary stories about them, Need your HELP PLEASE. - WingedBull1

  • To my knowledge (not a lawyer) the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act was signed into law by Obama on September 16, 2011.Provisions of the Act with respect to the first-to-file system and the one-year grace period do not go into effect until March 16, 2013.As long as you file a patent application for your invention before then, you are still under the old first-to-invent system and will have a one year grace period to conduct certain activities prior to filing.Another win for big business.Thx obama - getbusy21
